This Cookie Policy explains what Vela Coach Limited ("we", "us") stores in your browser when you use https://velacoach.tech and the Vela app, and why.

We do not set cookies of our own. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, web beacons, or any similar technology, and no third party places tracking on our site. Because everything we store is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for, we do not show a cookie consent banner and there are no cookie preferences to set.

What is stored, and why

Sign-in session. When you sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication (a Google service) keeps a sign-in token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in between visits. It is removed when you sign out. Without it, the service cannot work.

Sign-in intent. When you start signing in, the app keeps a short note in your browser's session storage of where you were heading, so it can return you there afterwards. It is cleared as soon as it has been used and is never sent anywhere.

Payment pages. When you subscribe, you are taken to pages operated by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe sets its own cookies on those pages for security and fraud prevention. These are governed by Stripe's cookie policy, not ours.

Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. This sends your IP address to Google to deliver the font files. No cookie is set.

Your choices

You can clear the stored items at any time by signing out or by clearing site data in your browser. Blocking storage entirely will prevent you from staying signed in.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if what we store changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
