Company values

What good looks like at your company. Each value needs a one-line definition — the definition, not just the name, is what Vela will measure against.
Subscribe to the Team plan to set company values. Company alignment is a Team feature, so values can't be added or edited until your organization subscribes.
A bare word like “Speed” gives Vela very little to work with. “Speed, without ignoring known problems” gives it a real yardstick.
A sharper version that keeps the same intent:
